Contracts Coordinator

As the Contracts Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support, specifically focused on contract management. You will play a critical role in assisting the organization in overseeing and managing contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Essential job duties:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and execution of contracts, including but not limited to: vendor agreements, client contracts, and payer agreements.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking contract deadlines, renewals, and obligations.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure that contracts adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including contract templates and amendments.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository for contract-related documents.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all contractual agreements for easy retrieval and reference.

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or commensurate experience is required.
  • Proven experience with at least two years in contract management is required; preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and compliance requirements is required.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder projects is preferred.
