HR Generalist
In this position, you will be an integral part of the HR team supporting employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, terminations, movement, job changes, rewards, file administration, policy interpretation, leave administration, and improvement initiatives.
Essential job duties:
- Proactively responsible for the talent acquisition process of entry level positions including, engaging with hiring managers, maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining applicant flow and timely correspondence.
- Coordinates the entire pre-hiring process, including offer letters and contracts, reference and background checks, pre-employment screening, and regular communication to new employees.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and help organize training & development initiative to help deliver a positive onboarding experience for new employees.
- Support HR transactional work and database updates related to hires, job changes, manager changes, compensation changes, terminations, and other related employee data changes.
- Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate employee files in compliance with retention policy.
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field is required; an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training may be considered.
- One year of work-related experience is required.
