After Hours Advice Line
A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 941-3016.
For prescription refills of your current non-narcotic medications, please call back during business hours. Please note it may take up to 72 hours to process a medication refill. Any new medications or narcotic medications require an in-person visit with your provider before filling. If you cannot wait for a prescription refill, please visit an urgent care facility in your area.

The Hillsboro clinic is across from the American Legion. There is a large yellow banner on the building, visible from Main Street, that says, “The Clinic”.

This clinic is only two blocks away from the Hatfield Government Center MAX Station on the Blue Line. Nearby bus stops include the SW Washington & Adams Stop on the 57 Bus and the E Main & N 1st Stop on the 46 Bus.

Transportation Assistance
If healthcare transportation is a problem, call the clinic or talk to a receptionist for help. Some insurance plans cover the cost of transportation to and from the clinic. Bus passes, gas cards, or other refunds for travel to and from the clinics may also be available.

Walk-In Teen Clinic
Every Tuesday NHC holds a walk-in teen clinic at our Hillsboro Reproductive Health Clinic, from 4:00pm - 7:00pm. Services at The Clinic are low or no cost, available to people of all genders, ages 24 and under. Visits are completely confidential and staffed by educators and medical professionals who are trained to meet special social and medical needs. Youth do not need written permission from a parent or guardian to get services, but parents and family members are welcome.
Services include:
- Free condoms
- Birth control
- STI and HIV tests
- Testing to see if you are pregnant
- Gender affirming care
- Information about sexual health
- Information about access to other services
