After Hours Advice Line
A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 941-3064.
For prescription refills of your current non-narcotic medications, please call back during business hours. Please note it may take up to 72 hours to process a medication refill. Any new medications or narcotic medications require an in-person visit with your provider before filling. If you cannot wait for a prescription refill, please visit an urgent care facility in your area.

The dental clinic is located in the Berry Hill Shopping Center, on the corner of S. Beavercreek and Trails End Highway (213). It is east of Albertson’s, next to the Marine Corps Navy Career Center.

Transportation Assistance
