After Hours Advice Line

A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 656-9030.

For prescription refills of your current non-narcotic medications, please call back during business hours. Please note it may take up to 72 hours to process a medication refill. Any new medications or narcotic medications require an in-person visit with your provider before filling. If you cannot wait for a prescription refill, please visit an urgent care facility in your area.

How to Find Us

This medical clinic is located on Molalla Ave., however, the entrance and parking lot is off Pleasant Ave. If you are heading north on Molalla, you will not be able to turn left onto Pleasant Ave. Instead, you will need to drive past the clinic and take the first left which will be Pleasant Ave. Drive up Pleasant Ave a short distance to turn into the clinic.

This clinic is close to the Molalla & Mountain View Stop for the 32 and Oregon City Shuttle buses.

Transportation Assistance

If healthcare transportation is a problem, call the clinic or talk to a receptionist for help. Some insurance plans cover the cost of transportation to and from the clinic. Bus passes, gas cards, or other refunds for travel to and from the clinics, may also be available.
