"The provider was prompt, well-informed on how to take care of the illness and concerns of my child, and attentive, polite, kind, and informative to both of us. It was not a ten just because they were short of staff and did not have enough time to review my child's chart and get a better overview. Clear options were given, all my questions were answered, and I felt no sense of pushiness or coercion in forcing one option over another. They clearly rated possible options. I have seen about four different types of facilities, and they have the best service when it comes to pediatrics."
