Experience: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience providing integrated behavioral health support in primary care, individual therapy, and intensive outpatient settings. Willa has worked with adolescents, young adults, and adults across a range of concerns, including eating disorders, ADHD, anxiety, and chronic illness. They bring expertise in evidence-based modalities, including ACT, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy.

At NHC: I work alongside care teams to provide whole-person behavioral health support to students and patients. My goal is to meet people where they are, offering compassionate, evidence-based care that helps individuals build coping skills, navigate challenges, and feel supported in their overall health and wellness.

What I Do for Fun: Reading, spending time outdoors, cooking, and watching musical theatre
