Training EHR Support Analyst
This position is responsible for developing and delivering Epic training programs to clinicians and staff, supporting onboarding, optimization, and adoption of Epic best practices through classroom, virtual, and at-the-elbow training.
Essential Job Duties
- Conduct Epic training sessions for individual and group end users.
- Develop, maintain, and update training materials, user guides, and e-learning content.
- Research, test, and recommend Epic best practices aligned with operational needs.
- Coordinate training readiness for Epic upgrades and workflow changes.
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to reinforce workflow adoption.
- Support optimization initiatives by identifying training-related workflow gaps.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree or accredited healthcare training program with clinical experience may be considered.
- Clinical or healthcare operations experience strongly preferred.
- Epic experience required.
- Epic training credential or certification required within six months.
- Adult education or clinical teaching experience required.
