Education: M.Ed. in Counseling, Indiana University Bloomington

Experience: Over four years working in integrated primary care settings, delivering evidence-based brief interventions and specializing in perinatal mental health, crisis assessment, and collaborative care with interdisciplinary medical teams. I also bring a background in community mental health, with experience working with children and families.

At NHC: I work with patients to address anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health concerns through brief, practical interventions, partnering closely with primary care providers to support whole-person care.

What I do for fun: I like cooking, cozying up with my cats, hiking, biking, learning about flora and fauna, and stumbling through the journey of being a parent to a rambunctious 9-month-old who already looks like a toddler.
