The NHC Hillsboro Reproductive Health Clinic last day of services is Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The clinic will permanently close September 30. However, we invite you to access the same quality sexual health services at our Tanasbourne clinic location:

Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 7:00AM – 6:00PM

Saturday and Sunday: Closed

At the Tanasbourne clinic, you’ll have access to the same provider and stronger patient resources, like an onsite lab and more hours, to prioritize your care. 

Why We're Making This Change

The Hillsboro clinic is open only one day a week. Clinic services were not being fully utilized by the community. Moving these sexual health services to Tanasbourne will centralize our resources to serve patients better.

What Stays the Same

Your care team. Your Hillsboro provider is moving to Tanasbourne with you. 

Your costs. Nothing changes with your billing or paperwork.

The Tanasbourne clinic is about 6 miles from Hillsboro, a 12- to 15-minute drive on NW Cornell Road. 

  • Parking: Free parking is available in a large lot at the clinic. 
  • Public transit: Take TriMet Line 48 from the Hillsboro Transit Center. Plan your trip at trimet.org/home/planner.

The only thing changing for you is the location. You can still see nurse practitioner Tove Silver, who will have more appointment times at Tanasbourne for sexual health visits.
