A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 848-5861.

For prescription refills of your current non-narcotic medications, please call back during business hours. Please note it may take up to 72 hours to process a medication refill. Any new medications or narcotic medications require an in-person visit with your provider before filling. If you cannot wait for a prescription refill, please visit an urgent care facility in your area.

How to Find Us

This clinic is on the Providence Tanasbourne campus, in building C. The number 10690 can be seen at the top of the building above the large, covered entrance. Use the elevator to get to the 2^nd floor. Go left out of the elevators and straight back to the end of the hall to the clinic.

Taking the Bus?

This clinic is located close to the NE Cornell & 106^th Stop for the 48 Bus and the NW 185^th & NE Cornell Stop for the 52 Bus.

If healthcare transportation is a problem, call the clinic or talk to a receptionist for help. Some insurance plans cover the cost of transportation to and from the clinic. Bus passes, gas cards, or other refunds for travel to and from the clinics, may also be available.

At this clinic, we have a contactless prescription locker where NHC pharmacy patients can pick up prescriptions without waiting in line at the pharmacy. If you'd like to get your next prescription refill here, let your NHC pharmacist know you'd like to switch the pickup location to the Tanasbourne locker.

The locker is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9am to 5:45pm, open Wednesday 10am to 5:45pm, and closed for lunch from 12 to 1pm.
