Your first visit, or “new patient appointment,” is an important first step. It helps your new provider get to know you and understand your health needs. Because these first appointments take more time, we often schedule them up to three months out.

Do you have a primary care provider outside of NHC you want to keep?

To get that updated, please call your insurance company. Use the "customer service" number listed on your insurance card and ask for an update to your listed primary care provider.
