After Hours Advice Line
A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 213-3800.
For prescription refills of your current non-narcotic medications, please call back during business hours. Please note it may take up to 72 hours to process a medication refill. Any new medications or narcotic medications require an in-person visit with your provider before filling. If you cannot wait for a prescription refill, please visit an urgent care facility in your area.

This clinic is located across from Wait City Park in downtown Canby. The building entrance has a yellow awning. The medical clinic is on the first floor, and the dental clinic and pharmacy are on the second floor.
Taking the Bus?
This clinic is located close to the NW 3rd Avenue at N Elm Street stop on the Canby Loop. The Canby Transit Center is three blocks away from the clinic.

Transportation Assistance
If healthcare transportation is a problem, call the clinic or talk to a receptionist for help. Some insurance plans cover the cost of transportation to and from the clinic. Bus passes, gas cards, or other refunds for travel to and from the clinics, may also be available.
