After Hours Advice Line
A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 416-1960.
For prescription refills of your current non-narcotic medications, please call back during business hours. Please note it may take up to 72 hours to process a medication refill. Any new medications or narcotic medications require an in-person visit with your provider before filling. If you cannot wait for a prescription refill, please visit an urgent care facility in your area.
How to Find Us
This clinic is located on the Providence Milwaukie Hospital campus on the third floor of The Healing Place. To access the parking lot, turn onto Llewellyn Street. There is no clinic signage on the main floor. The elevator or stairs to the left of the main entrance will take you up to the 3rd floor. The clinic is in suite 325.
Taking the Bus?
The SE 32nd & Meek Bus Stop is right out front of the Providence Milwaukie Healing Place and services the 75 Bus. The SE Harrison & 32nd Stop two blocks away services the 33 Bus.

Transportation Assistance
If healthcare transportation is a problem, call the clinic or talk to a receptionist for help. Some insurance plans cover the cost of transportation to and from the clinic. Bus passes, gas cards, or other refunds for travel to and from the clinics, may also be available.
