After Hours Advice Line
A nurse triage service is available after hours for patients in need of clinical advice. Call (503) 941-3210.
For prescription refills of established non-narcotic medications, please call back during business hours. Please note it may take up to 72 hours to process a medication refill. Any new medications or narcotic medications require an in-person visit with your provider before filling. If you cannot wait for a prescription refill, please visit an urgent care facility in your area.

Merlo Station High School is across from the Beaverton School District offices and the clinic is located inside the school. ID is required at entry for school security. This clinic is only for Beaverton School District families.

The Merlo Rd/SW 158th Ave MAX Station is located a few blocks away from the school and services the Blue Line. You can plan your trip at trimet.org/home/planner.
Transportation Assistance
If transportation is an issue, healthcare transportation assistance may be available. Call the clinic or talk to a receptionist for help. Some insurance plans cover the cost of transportation to and from the clinic. Bus passes, gas cards, or other reimbursements for travel to and from the clinics, may also be available.
